DANIEL MAULT

As the Production Manager for Allen’s Custom Division, Daniel draws upon his background in custom building and the renewable industry to add to Allen’s reputation as a builder of exceptional-quality, highly efficient homes. Daniel has been with Allen for nearly 8 years and has led teams on some of the most challenging and exciting projects Allen Construction has had the honor to bring to life.

Daniel was born and raised on St. Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He first came to Santa Barbara in 1997 for college, and he instantly found many similarities between the landscape and architecture and those of his island home.

After earning a degree from UCSB, Daniel started his building career working for a production and custom home builder/developer on the East Coast. In addition to building custom homes, he was involved in the construction of a 93-unit townhome community and a planned development comprised of 18 semi-custom model homes. Daniel returned to Santa Barbara in 2006 and worked on several exciting residential and commercial projects, including a mixed-use building in downtown Santa Barbara, and extensive remodeling and renovation projects throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. Because of his passion for green building and renewable energy, Daniel also worked as a construction manager for SunPower, a global solar company,.

Daniel and his wife, Lindsey, have three wonderful boys, Kai, Cade, and Kian. Much of his free time is spent enjoying the beach and coaching team sports. He enjoys surfing, sailing, hiking, and biking with his family.
