RYAN CULLINEN

Ryan has a passion for beautiful design, sustainability, and working with homeowners and stakeholders to find the best solutions for their unique projects. As Vice President for Allen, Ryan partners with our clients and architects to ensure a smooth and thorough preconstruction experience leads to efficiencies and reduced risk during construction.

Additionally, Ryan leads Allen’s estimating and sustainability teams and initiatives. He is an advocate for sustainable building practices and is a regular presenter and resource for the local sustainable design and building community.

In 2022, Ryan was recognized nationally on Pro Remodeler’s Forty under 40 list. Ryan grew up in Sonoma County, California, and now lives in Goleta in a home that he and his family remodeled and converted to All Electric/Net Zero.
